Bright and spacious apartment in the elegant district of Borgo Trento, along the banks of the Adige river, 2 steps from the picturesque district of San Zeno and 400 meters from Castel Vecchio. Just renovated, on the mezzanine floor of a quiet building from which, with a pleasant 10-15 minute walk, you can easily reach the historic center. In a strategic position outside the Ztl area but close to all the places of interest. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is blind in the bedroom) lounge, open kitchen and dining area and entrance. Perfect for families, couples or groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 7 people thanks to 1 2-seater sofa bed and a single sofa bed in the lounge. For those with children following, are available, on request, high chair, cots and stroller, bottle warmer, swinging floor chair. In front of the apartment the bus stop n. 61 leads every 20 minutes to the historic center and to the Porta Nuova railway station. In the neighborhood there are paid parking areas (with parking meter-blue stripes) and with parking disc with 1 hour stop (white stripes). Summary: We spent 7 weeks at Moon River. The location in Borgo Trento is quiet, safe, and has everything you need to just live in the neighborhood. It is also very convenient to the San Zeno neighborhood, a favorite. And the old city center is easily accessible via the bridges that span the Adige River east of the apartment. Our host, Luisa, was very accessible and responsive. A plus.

Summary: Moon river was a perfect base for our week long stay in Verona - a 12 minute walk to the Arena and all the other sites, but no crowds or tourist prices to deal with. The apartment was perfectly prepared. Clean bed linen and towels, comfortably furnished and decorated , and a kitchen equipped just like home. We ate out a lot but could make our own coffee breakfast, snacks etc whenever we felt like it. The apartment is a short taxi or bus ride from the station and the access instructions were all absolutely clear and easy to follow. I’ll happily stay there for my next visit to Verona.

Summary: My family and my sisters family stayed here for a week. It slept 5 very comfortably and was in a nice location. Almost everything we wanted to do in Verona was walkable. We loved the kitchen and prepped meals and played games. Communication with the owner was amazing. We loved our stay!

Summary: Enjoyed this property. Verona is a great town to visit and this location was great for us. Not in the touristy area but close enough so we felt like we could tour but not be overrun by the crowds. Clean, easy check in/out, and AC during a hot spell.

Summary: My family and I had a fantastic week staying in Verona in the Moon River Apartment. Luisa was a brilliant host - communications were very clear and check in was very easy. The apartment was very clean and very well appointed. The location was great - 10 minutes walk from the city centre plus the no 61 bus stop immediately outside the apartment meant it was easy to get to the train station. Verona is a beautiful city and everyone we met was very friendly. We highly recommend Gelateria La Romana, 5 minutes walk from the apartment. We had a lovely week and hope to return again in the future.
